The most of products are in stock.We can send the goods out within 3days after payment received. For the goods are out of stock,production time is about 7-10 days.
2. Do you offer other relevant items?
Yes we do.We are offering PDA data collector,POS system, Thermal printer, core board design and production and so on.
3. If the goods are damaged badly,who is responsible for it?
We will be responsible for the damaged goods when it is damaged during transport,and we can exchange the new goods for you.
4. Can you make OEM or ODM for products?
OEM and ODM products is available for customer,as long as customer meet the MOQ. Also we have engineers for logo and products design for customers.
5. What about delivery time?
Samples and small order within 5 working days; bulk order delivery kindly check with seller.
6,What about MOQ?
We can accept sample order firstly, Without MOQ.
7. What warranty and after-sale service do you offer?
Warranty: 12 month for free if the issue caused by non-artificial damages.
